These guys are simply the best! I Our party of 9 arrived at Liberia airport on Sunday September 22, 2024. We had booked a minivan but we did not take into consideration that for 9 people there would be a lot of luggage. These guys were on top of things. They had an additional vehicle waiting to transport our luggage at no extra cost (we only contributed to the gas). How thoughtful of Nativos! We had originally booked a van with one of the popular rental car companies but there were hidden fees. Don’t be fooled by those popular ones. The prices they quote is not what you pay.

Nativos has no hidden fees and their service is VIP. We are planning on visting Costa Rica again and Nativos will definitely be our rental company of choice. They are efficient, friendly, professional and honest.

My experience with Navitos was first-rate. From my first contact in Canada to returning the car at the end of our trip, Anibal and the staff were super helpful, kind, patient and provided superb customer service. Navitos was competitive, having the lowest overall price for a newer Toyota RAV 4 plus they picked us up at the airport and delivered us to our car. I came out of Customs to see Anibal holding a sign with my name. So personal. On return, they picked up the car from the hotel for us. There’s a lot of stories on the internet about people having bad experiences with the big car rental companies in CR whereas I have the highest praise for Navitos. Dealing with the local companies is the right choice. Call Anibal or Bryan, speak in person, and you will feel assured. 5-Stars.

It have been a pleasure to do business with Anibal and Bryan, they really meet my expectations and beyond. Renting with them was easy, they were very flexible with the location for pickup / drop off of the car. The car was clean, in excellent shape and a pleasure to drive.
