Nativos gave us a fantastic rental experience. They met us at the terminal with our name on a sign and took us to the rental location. All costs were up front and no surprise charges at all. When we had to leave, we had a super early flight & Nativos provided us with a perfect option to drop the car off at the airport for them to pick up later. All in all, I would recommend them for car rental in Costa Rica.

Nativos was great. We received a maintained late model car that was clean and ready to go. They met us when we arrived with a sign and when we departed they met us at the terminal. They communicated well on whats app whenever I had a question. I would recommend them in Costa Rica.

After arriving a day later than scheduled due to mechanical issues with our flight leaving Denver and a missed connection in Dallas- Nativos was our 1st experience with Costa Rica and they REALLY set the bar high!! Marcella met us at the airport to bring us to their office 5 minutes away. Everything was so smooth after all the stress to get there. They even upgraded us from a Suzuki Vitara to a Toyota Fortuner for free when I told them we would be driving around Monteverde and then over to La Fotuna. The price was exactly what was quoted and such a bargain from all the other quotes I got. I used a local company in Montego Bay in Jamaica and prefer to support local business, so I had no issue with using an unknown name- Nativos came so highly recommended- I had no hesitation! They went above and beyond to take care of us. Marcella drove up in an Uber minutes after the time I set of our arrival at our hotel 5 minutes from the San Jose airport to pick up the car. They only charged $70 fr pick up at SJO rather than Liberia and it was an all day trek for MArcella to get there and then drive 4 hours back in the dark. How many times did we all say how grateful we were for the upgrade as we drove some rough dirt roads. Bonus- they allowed my 24 year old son to drive with no extra charge and that was an incredible stress reliever for me as he is used to 4WD as he has a Toyota 4 Runner at home and I drive a Prius. They are an absolutely wonderful company!r
