Best car rental service in world. Our flight was cancelled while we were at the gate. Despite being hours since we returned the car they came back to the airport and picked us up. The hotel we booked was overbooked and we didn’t get a room. They stayed with us, found us another hotel, then drove us there. This is all long after the car rental ended. Really saved us. These guys are simply the best! I Our party of 9 arrived at Liberia airport on Sunday September 22, 2024. We had booked a minivan but we did not take into consideration that for 9 people there would be a lot of luggage. These guys were on top of things. They had an additional vehicle waiting to transport our luggage at no extra cost (we only contributed to the gas). How thoughtful of Nativos! We had originally booked a van with one of the popular rental car companies but there were hidden fees. Don't be fooled by those popular ones. The prices they quote is not what you pay.

Nativos has no hidden fees and their service is VIP. We are planning on visting Costa Rica again and Nativos will definitely be our rental company of choice. They are efficient, friendly, professional and honest.
