My experience with Navitos was first-rate. From my first contact in Canada to returning the car at the end of our trip, Anibal and the staff were super helpful, kind, patient and provided superb customer service. Navitos was competitive, having the lowest overall price for a newer Toyota RAV 4 plus they picked us up at the airport and delivered us to our car. I came out of Customs to see Anibal holding a sign with my name. So personal. On return, they picked up the car from the hotel for us. There's a lot of stories on the internet about people having bad experiences with the big car rental companies in CR whereas I have the highest praise for Navitos. Dealing with the local companies is the right choice. Call Anibal or Bryan, speak in person, and you will feel assured. 5-Stars.

Renting with them was easy, they were very flexible with the location for pickup / drop off of the car. The car was clean, in excellent shape and a pleasure to drive.
