5* plus service and communication! From the time of booking in April to pick up and return Dec/Jan, we had a great experience with Nativos. All costs we were quoted were exactly what we paid. We were met at the airport for pick up and return. This was incredibly convenient for our group of 10. The Hyundai van was perfect our needs. As an added bonus we were able to add a couple drivers to the rental the following day with a few messagesI back and forth on WhatsApp! Thank you Anibal and Bryan for your friendliness, professionalism and a stress free experience.
Straightforward pricing/convenient pickup and drop off
Bryan was waiting for us upon arrival. We made the short trip to the office, signed paperwork and were on our way to our destination quickly. Saw lines of people waiting for cars at other "big name" rental agencies, and we were thankful we went with Navitos. Drop off was also easy, and we were at the airport within minutes. Highly recommend!
Nativos / Bryan in Liberia are #1 !!!
I'll keep it simple: You do not need to shop around, compare, or read all the horror stories online about renting a car in Costa Rica. Just call or email Nativos, get a quote (it will be MUCH lower than everyone else's), book a rental, and Nativos will have your car waiting when you arrive. Maria and Bryan are terrific and make things quick and simple. Pura Vida!
