I rarely leave reviews online. However, I feel compelled to leave one simply because of how absolutely impressed I was with Anibal and his team. After noticing an issue with a front tire on our car when we arrived to pick it up, they immediately had the tire changed and had us on our way. Incredibly, they even sent one of their staff to our location 5 hours away the next day in order to change vehicles just to alleviate any concerns about the other front tire. This type of customer service simply does not exist in my home country of Canada. The pick-up at the airport was seamless and the drop off was as well. There were no extra insurance sales pressures (my credit card provider had the extra coverage). The quoted cost online matched the cost when I arrived to pick up the car. If you want a friendly, smooth and no hassle car rental experience in Costa Rica, it is hard to imagine a better company to deal with than Nativos.

Nativos was great. We received a maintained late model car that was clean and ready to go. They met us when we arrived with a sign and when we departed they met us at the terminal. They communicated well on whats app whenever I had a question. I would recommend them in Costa Rica.
