Navitos is awesome. We, like many others , were totally confused about the rules and regulations in CR for car rentals,insurance etc. After some extensive research and after reading stellar reviews about Navitos we booked with them for November of 2024. Anibal made the process easy….after a couple of emails we were provided with a confirmation very quickly.
Still a little nervous about some of the hassels with other companies as well as some of the warnings regarding car rental in CR we arrived at Liberia airport. Bryan met us at the airport and drove us to the Navitos office where we were quickly put at ease about the process and after some paperwork, sent on our way in a low mileage, clean 4×4 Rav 4. Price all in
( includes all legally required insurance) and was exactly as quoted… No upsell for extra insurance, service fees… absolutely no surprises!! . Very professional service and Bryan answered all our questions completely. Totally painless.
Upon returning the car 11 days later Anibal was very efficient in the return process and treated us like we were family.
Cannot recommend this company enough and we will be exclusively using Navitos when we travel to Cost Rica in the future. If only all rental agencies world wide were as professional and honest as Navitos!

Nativos made our car rental experience easy and pleasant. Bryan met us at the airport and offered exceptional service at wonderful value. The car battery died our second day in Costa Rica and they sent someone out to replace it within 30 minutes, no hassle, no haggling, no additional fees. The car was great, handling 4-wheel drive situations beautifully and was just what we needed. The headlights were pretty dim and should be replaced with brighter bulbs but overall a fantastic service! I would highly recommend Nativos to anyone spending time in Costa Rica!
Best car rental service in world. Our flight was cancelled while we were at the gate. Despite being hours since we returned the car they came back to the airport and picked us up. The hotel we booked was overbooked and we didn’t get a room. They stayed with us, found us another hotel, then drove us there. This is all long after the car rental ended. Really saved us. Couldn’t believe how good this car rental service is. Will have your back.
